Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products from the Four Wheel Drive Club of WA.
In order to be eligible for a refund the following must be done:
1. The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of your purchase; and
2. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in anyway, unless that damage was caused prior to you receiving the items. Note – Proof of damage must be produced.
After we receive the item, it will be inspected by the Merchandising Officer or a member of the Executive Committee.
Your money will then be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For credit card refunds it may take 5 – 10 business days for this to occur.
If the product has been damaged by you, no refund will be given.
If the 30 days have expired, no refund will be given unless you can demonstrate a valid reason for doing so.
